Dr. Daniel S. Levy is the National Managing Director of Advanced Analytical Consulting Group. He has over 30 years of experience in the use of economics, statistics and sampling. He has studied labor issues in both academic and litigation settings. He has served as an expert witness in wage and hour cases, including in the notable Driscoll, et al. v. Granite Rock Company off-duty meal period litigation, and for the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Internal Revenue Service, and has presented his research to the FBI, US Postal Service and New York State Attorney General’s Office.
Dr. Levy’s recent work implements innovative methods to evaluate liability and damages required in light of the new, evolving standards in wage and hour regulations established by state and federal regulations and as enforced by the courts.
Prior to founding Advanced Analytical Consulting Group, Dr. Levy was the National Managing Principal of Economic and Statistical Consulting for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. He also served as the Global Director of Economic Consulting for Arthur Andersen’s Value Solutions practice. He has also held research and consulting positions at Charles River Associates, The RAND Corporation, Needham, Harper Worldwide Advertising, SPSS Inc. and The University of Chicago Computation Center.
He is a Ph.D. in Economics from The University of Chicago.

Dr. Deborah Foster is a Partner at Edgeworth Economics and an expert in labor and employment economics. Dr. Foster provides economic testimony during the course of litigation and consulting for companies on issues of compliance, with significant expertise in FLSA and state-specific wage and hours matters. Dr. Foster’s practice includes assessing economic issues related to regular rate calculations, misclassification, off-the-clock work, time-shaving, and meal and rest break periods.
