Martin Bijman is director, intellectual property products at TechInsights where he is responsible for ensuring customers find and receive the highest value products and services to help achieve their intellectual property goals.
Prior to joining TechInsights, Mr. Bijman worked at Chipworks for more than ten years. He held several roles including VP Operations, coach of Patent and Technology Specialists team, development of patent tools and cloud-based evidence tools, and managing the systems and circuit analysis engineering groups. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility with leading technology corporations including Ciena, Catena, Cadence and Nortel. While at Ciena and Catena, he managed the prosecution of several dozen patent applications.
Mr. Bijman earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering and management science from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

Taylor Bloom is the Senior Intellectual Property Counsel for Verve. Taylor is experienced in trademark, patent, copyright and trade secret counseling and litigation. Ms. Bloom is responsible for all legal and administrative matters related to Verve's IP portfolio. At Verve, Taylor has helped secured new patents protecting core company inventions. Ms. Bloom assesses patentability and freedom to operate in a range of cross discipline technologies to grow and diversify Verve’s IP portfolio while simultaneously evaluating competitor presence and legal enforceability. Taylor is also the 2016-2017 Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. In addition, Taylor serves as a Trustee on La Jolla Town Council. Prior to joining Verve, Taylor was an associate attorney with Dhillon Law Group.
Taylor received her J.D. with an Intellectual Property Concentration from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2013. Prior to law school, Taylor received her bachelors in Political Science, Technology Management Certification through the College of Engineering, and a minor in History from the University of California Santa Barbara.

David Fisch is the Vice President of Semiconductor Market and Technology Analysis at Tessera, a subsidiary of Xperi Corporation. He has over 35 years of hands-on and management experience in semiconductor memory design and patent licensing.
At Tessera, his team actively manages a portfolio of semiconductor packaging, circuit, process technology, and imaging patents. The portfolio management activity includes patent prosecution, patent acquisition, and ongoing portfolio review and tuning.
Prior to Tessera, Mr. Fisch was the Chief Architect at Innovative Silicon, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
He also served as VP of Engineering at Ramtron/Enhanced Memory Systems and as a Sr. DRAM Design Engineer at United Memories.
Mr. Fisch is the named inventor on 23 US patents and has received numerous awards for his publications in technical journals.
