Rebecca Weis is a member of Stites & Harbison, PLLC. Her practice includes counseling and litigation in which she represents employers of all sizes in employment and business-related disputes. Rebecca not only drafts non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements, but also litigates both sides of them. Rebecca has obtained injunctive relief on behalf of her clients, successfully defended against claims arising from restrictive covenants, and tried restrictive covenant cases to verdict.
