Guy has several years of cyber security experience in an elite technological operational unit in the Intelligence department of the Israeli Defense Force, and he holds a B.Sc. in Biology and Cognitive Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Melissa Krasnow is a partner at VLP Law Group LLP who advises companies in the e-commerce and internet, health care, financial services, education and manufacturing industries on responding to data breaches (state laws, federal laws (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA and financial services regulatory) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), preparing written information security programs, devising incident response plans and facilitating tabletop exercises. She prepares website and mobile application privacy policies and terms (including regarding the GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), state privacy laws, geolocation, big data and artificial intelligence/chatbots). Melissa also negotiates and documents technology and commercial transactions, including master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data security addenda, business associate agreements, big data initiative agreements, GDPR data processing agreements and CCPA agreements.
