Levine Lee LLP is a litigation-focused firm. We are dedicated to providing superior representation with integrity and creativity. Our partners gained extensive experience at some of the nation’s top public and private legal institutions, and they have sought out other highly skilled lawyers who share their philosophy.
Whether we are advocating in court or counseling privately, we work in cohesive teams of experienced lawyers. Our structure allows us to provide the highest levels of professional service rapidly and efficiently, in a manner aligned and customized to our clients' needs. As we frequently address complex disputes and crisis situations, we regularly appear in federal and state courts all over the country and provide counsel in investigations by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as well as by many other federal, state and local prosecutors and regulators. Additionally, we are called upon for internal investigations, special engagements and other matters of particular sensitivity, often where independent counsel is required.
Our successes have been profiled by numerous legal publications, including the National Law Journal, which has featured us twice on its Litigation Boutiques Hot List.
