Dr. Kushner utilizes her decades of experience as a biomedical research scientist to represent clients in complex patent (including Hatch-Waxman), trade secret, and contract litigation across various industries, focusing her practice on chemical, biotechnological, pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device matters.
