Peter has been in practice since 2005 focusing on intellectual property litigation. He has extensive experience in patent litigation in a wide range of technology areas. Peter has also represented numerous clients in Inter Partes Reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and handled several appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is also a frequent speaker on IPR topics.
Peter holds a Chemistry degree from the University of Utah and a JD from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of North Carolina and Ohio and the Federal Circuit. He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to becoming an attorney, Peter worked as an analytical chemist for Battelle Memorial Institute supporting projects for the U.S. Army.
