Niall MacMenamin is a Vice President at Analysis Group, one of the largest economic consulting firms. He specializes in intellectual property, commercial litigation, and valuation matters. Mr. MacMenamin has testified as an expert witness, and has calculated damages on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters. He has also conducted lost profits analyses to determine damages and used conjoint analysis to measure the value of patented features.
