Judith A. Perritano is the Managing Partner of Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP. She has more than two decades of experience in the defense and trial of complex personal injury cases. Ms. Perritano handles a variety of multi-party cases, from pre-suit investigation through trial including Products Liability, toxic torts, automobile, eminent domain, and construction-related claims. She also defends various toxic tort claims including various environmental exposures, such as asbestos, carbon monoxide, latex and lead, allegations of “sick building syndrome”, and multiple chemical sensitivity. Additionally, Ms. Perritano is counsel to several asbestos clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.and serves as National Coordinating Counsel for an equipment manufacturer in asbestos litigation.

Oliver R. Brooks is a Senior Attorney focusing on industrial and consumer product liability. His practice focuses on the defense of manufacturers of products, including those for the consumer market, industrial tools, factory machines, auto-motive designs as well as outdoor and firearm related prod-ucts. Specific areas of focus include mechanical design and manufacturing, machine guarding, warnings and interlock mechanisms.
Prior to joining Morgan & Akins, Mr. Brooks represented multiple Japanese, Korean and Ger-man manufacturers of motor vehicles in automotive crashworthiness products liability defense in-cluding the defending allegations of defective airbags, glazing, seatbelts, seatbacks, stability/rollover propensity, electronic stability control systems, structural integrity and post collision fuel fed fires.
Mr. Brooks has extensive experience with both taking and defending complex depositions of expert witness, corporate designees and fact witness and has been a continuing legal education seminar presenter on combating inappropriate and abusive discovery and deposition practices. He also has substantial experience in managing voluminous production of product design and testing documents and with protecting trade secret and confidential materials during the discovery pro-cess. Mr. Brooks has served as lead trial counsel and taken multiple cases to verdict including be-ing part of the trial team of a multi-week, multi-million dollar jury trial involving claims of a design and testing defect in a passenger vehicle. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brooks served as in house coun-sel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where he defended individuals and corporate entities in premises liability, motor vehicle liability and commercial trucking liability claims.
