Craig A. Benson is a partner in the Litigation Department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He is also a Chair of the Firm’s Professional Development & Training Committee and a Hiring Partner in the Washington, DC Office. His antitrust experience involves representing clients before federal and state courts and regulatory agencies. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, electronics, automotive, chemicals, oil and gas, tobacco, and hospitality.
Craig was recognized in the 2019 and 2018 editions of The Legal 500 US as a Recommended Lawyer in the Antitrust: Civil Litigation/Class Action: Defense category and was also named a Rising Star by Washington DC Super Lawyers in 2013. Craig served as a member of the editorial board of The Antitrust Practitioner, a publication of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.
Prior to Paul, Weiss, Craig was a law clerk to the Honorable Mary A. McLaughlin of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Craig received his B.A. from Miami University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Megan E. Gerking is of counsel in Morrison & Foerster’s Global Antitrust Law Practice, where she focuses on government-facing antitrust matters. Ms. Gerking has extensive experience representing companies in civil and criminal antitrust government investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state enforcers, and in all phases of the merger review process before U.S. and foreign competition authorities.
She counsels clients on a variety of competition law issues, including antitrust compliance, trade association and industry consortium activities, joint conduct, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and distribution practices, and regulatory compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
Ms. Gerking previously served as a trial attorney for the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, where she investigated and prosecuted federal antitrust violations and international cartel cases. While there, she prosecuted the first individual extradited to the U.S. on an antitrust charge.

Kenina Lee is an antitrust associate in Axinn’s Washington, DC office. Kenina litigates major class action and multi-district antitrust litigation cases in federal courts throughout the United States. She also provides antitrust counseling and represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ).
Prior to joining the firm, Kenina worked in both the Anticompetitive Practices and Mergers I division at the Federal Trade Commission as a legal extern and law clerk. At the FTC, she aided in merger investigations in the pharmaceutical and medical data-analytics industries.
