Mr. Tallmadge is a member of the law firm of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., and practices in its Florham Park, New Jersey office. Mr. Tallmadge directs the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Tallmadge is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. Mr. Tallmadge has been involved in numerous reported decisions and appears frequently in New Jersey’s appellate courts for the guaranty fund community as well as his other clients. Mr. Tallmadge is a participant in the NCIGF Coordination of Litigation Committee. He was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the District XA Ethics Committee and served four years, acting as the Committee Chair in 2010. Mr. Tallmadge has also been a featured speaker for the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.

Constance Anastopoulo is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. She joined the Charleston School of Law Faculty in 2007 teaching Evidence and Insurance Law. In 2011, she was chosen “Professor of the Year” by the students.
Prior to coming to the Charleston School of Law, Professor Anastopoulo served as a senior litigator in the civil litigation division of the Charleston law firm, Anastopoulo & Clore, LLC where she managed the appellate practice for the firm. She was the lead counsel in the seminal case Gaskins v. Southern Farm Bureau, which was chosen one of the ten most important decisions in S.C. by Lawyer’s Weekly in 2003.
In 2009, she authored the Amicus Curie Brief on behalf of the League of Women Voters of South Carolina in the case of Segars-Andrews v. Judicial Merit Selection Commission, et al., which received national attention. She has also published articles on Judicial Selection, Insurance law, Torts, Privacy, and Professional Responsibility.
Professor Anastopoulo is a member of the S.C. Bar, the Charleston Bar Association, the S.C. Women Lawyers Assoc. and admitted to the S.C. Supreme Court, the S.C. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court, 4th Circuit.
