He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Intellectual Property Law (Trademarks/Copyright). He is currently the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Trademarks Committee. John is also the Chair of the American Bar Association International Trademark Treaties and Laws Committee.
John is recognized as a leading trademark practitioner in Canada and globally in Best Lawyers in Canada and World Trademark Review.

Craig M.
