Jennifer Poynter is the owner of Poynter Law and is a leader in the subrogation field. She has been practicing law for twenty-five years in the areas of large loss property subrogation, insurance defense and coverage analysis. She handles a wide range of large loss subrogation matters, from pre-suit investigation through trial, including claims arising from fires, floods, freeze failures, product defects, construction defects and explosions as they pertain to commercial and residential property losses. She is an active member in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and recently spoke at their annual seminar. She is admitted in Colorado and Kansas, and she also handles cases in UT, WY, MO, ND and SD.
