Aminta Raffalovich is a Director at Intensity with expertise in the application of economics, statistical methods, and legal theory to complex commercial litigation and disputes. She applies her expertise in a variety of areas, including intellectual property, antitrust & competition, finance, contract disputes, and business tort litigation. Ms. Raffalovich earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California. Prior to law school, Ms. Raffalovich graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Economics and Policy. She went on to earn a Master’s degree in Economics from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she also served as an instructor in macroeconomics and econometrics courses.
Richard Brady, Ph.D. is an Economist at Intensity Corporation with expertise in microeconomics, applied statistics, financial analysis, choice theory, and mechanism design. Dr. Brady’s research has contributed to various choice-theoretic topics in microeconomic theory. Dr. Brady earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, a Master of Arts in Economics from Duke University, a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Memphis, and Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management from Christian Brothers University.
