Mr. Johanson was honored at the 17th annual conference of The ESOP Association as the outstanding advisory committee chair for 1993-94. Mr. Johanson served for more than ten years as General Counsel to The National Center for Employee Ownership and on its board of directors.  Mr. Johanson writes and speaks frequently about employee ownership throughout the U.S.
