Troy’s experience includes a strong background in EB-5 compliance as well as real estate and business transaction issues; including purchase and sale, merger, acquisition and development (residential and commercial), leasing, and landlord/tenant matters. At Baker Tilly Capital, Troy advises clients on issues related to EB-5-compliant business plans, project development/funding strategies and fulfillment of essential job-creation requirements. Prior to joining the firm, Troy had substantial experience reviewing and preparing I-924 regional center applications, drafting regional center amendments, drafting responses to Requests for Evidence and drafting/structuring I-526 exemplar petitions.
Bob Cornish focuses his practice on litigation, arbitration, regulatory and compliance matters for broker-dealers, investment advisers, hedge funds, commodity firms, institutional investors and family offices in the United States and abroad.
