Meghan Morgan focuses her practice on toxic tort, product liability, and general liability matters. Prior to joining Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, Meghan served as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Her work involved representing state agencies and officials in a broad range of civil litigation, including the defense of legal challenges to state regulations and decisions of state administrative agencies. Meghan has prepared and argued cases in front of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Superior Courts throughout the Commonwealth.
Meghan is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and received her law degree from Boston College Law School. While in law school, Meghan taught an “Environmental Law & Policy” course to undergraduate students as a member of the Boston College faculty.
Jennifer Creedon is a trial attorney who represents large and small companies in asbestos litigation, product liability litigation, and business litigation, and has two decades of experience with these matters. Jen has defended toxic tort and product liability actions in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. She has served as local, regional and national counsel for companies involved in toxic tort litigation. She has served as local, regional, and national counsel for companies involved in toxic tort and asbestos litigation. Jen has been part of a national counsel team for a Fortune 500 company and designed national trial strategy, involving preparation of corporate and expert witnesses, and has drafted nationwide discovery.
Jen has defended product liability and toxic tort cases involving a wide range of chemicals, resins, paints, construction products, joint compounds and wallboards, roofing materials, floor tiles, refractory products, boilers, brakes and other automobile components, refineries, shipyards, and industrial and chemical premises. Jen has an in-depth understanding of regulations, industry standards, state-of-the-art defenses, industrial hygiene defenses, medical defenses, and experts in both product and premise based toxic tort litigation.
