Previously, as Executive Deputy Superintendent and Acting Chief of Staff for the New York State Department of Financial Services, he oversaw enforcement actions and operations. He also headed its Real Estate Finance Division and directed matters involving mortgage servicing and origination violations.
Mike O’Leary represents companies and individuals in connection with U.S. and international criminal and regulatory investigations. Michael Mendelson is a partner with Wissing Miller, LLP, a boutique technology and intellectual property law firm where he manages the corporate and commercial practice.
