Join us for this Knowledge Group Online CLE Anti-Money Laundering Webinar. Cryptocurrency markets are one of the most vulnerable industries for a broad range of criminal activities, particularly money laundering. Rapid technological advancements and eased cryptocurrency creation prevent the immediate identification of new criminal tactics by regulators, thus, elevating anti-money laundering (AML) risks as well. These risks are even heightened in the markets’ unregulated sectors.

With all the prevailing risks, it becomes more important for businesses to stay compliant with current AML laundering regulations to avoid sanctions and potential damages. It is also significant to be informed of the latest and most updated risk assessment procedures to help reduce the proliferation of criminal activities in digital currency exchanges.

In this Webcast, a panel of thought leaders and professionals will provide the audience with an overview of the AML regulatory trends, risk issues, and other pitfalls in the cryptocurrency markets.
