Patrick M. Deyhle is a Partner with Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP. He concentrates his practice on financing transactions, including commercial real estate financing (acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage financing), and corporate financing. Additionally, he has experience in working out distressed loans, and the documentation of restructuring arrangements and loan modifications. His clients are banks, financial institutions and other real estate lenders. He also represents developers, owners and investors in connection with their financing needs.
