Best Practices in Budgeting and Planning in 2012 LIVE Webcast
As social media continues to evolve, issues surrounding data privacy remain a high priority. Traditional data protection models are virtually useless in this new paradigm. Companies need a new game plan when it comes to protecting their data in the social media environment. The Knowledge Group is assembling a panel of thought leaders and key experts to help companies understand the issues surrounding social media and data privacy and best practices on how to mitigate the risks of a catastrophic data breach. The program will offer attendees insight including best practices and practical guidance. A Q&A panel in which the attendees will be invited to ask the speaker’s questions is included.
2009 through 2011 were years of almost unmatched volatility and unpredictability. 2012 may make or break your company. But how are you going to forecast it? What will your budget numbers be? How many versions will you have this year, and with who contributing? Tops-down or bottom-up? These decisions can make or break you and your group’s performance, and leadership’s assessment of your performance. We’re here to help you nail it – quickly and succinctly.
In this session, we will illustrate best practices on how to improve your company’s budgeting and planning capabilities with practical insights born of real-world experience of leading companies that spend a lot of time thinking about the best ways to plan and budget. Just in time for the 2012 planning cycle.
