Shari S. Laskowitz is counsel for the Landlord-Tenant group at Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP. She has been representing clients in real estate litigation for more than 20 years, with significant experience at trials, appeals, and in private negotiations. Shari has successfully resolved a broad array of real estate-related disputes, including landlord/tenant and co-op/condo conflicts as well as accessibility issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and business-related matters such as partnership and shareholder disputes.
Shari represents commercial and residential landlords and tenants, as well as co-op shareholders and co-op boards, in matters including breach of contract, real estate taxes, adjacent properties, construction delays, community opposition, brokerage agreements. Shari has particular experience in the area of landlord-tenant disputes relating to office, retail, and restaurant properties, as well as multifamily residential properties.
