Kenneth Artin is a shareholder at Bryant Miller Olive P.A. and is part of the P3 working group. Mr. Artin represents a number of universities and state colleges in Florida, Texas, and North Carolina in developing P3 projects involving educational facilities, student housing facilities and other improvements. Additionally, he is helping the UNC System develop system-wide guidelines for universities using the P3 delivery method. Mr. Artin also has experience in all aspects of procurement, structuring and negotiating agreements used in the P3 delivery method.
Mr. Artin also works with the Federal Highway Administration under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) loan program and has worked on both governmental and P3 transportation projects around the country, such as the I-95 High-Occupancy Toll Lanes project in Virginia and the Presidio Parkway project in California.
