Raelane works as a Federal, State, and Local Government Specialist for Indiana. In this position, she works directly with government customers to assist them with employment tax issues including reporting and compliance. She also assists customers by speaking at educational forums.
Raelane has been with the Service since 1987 and has had experience in audits of individuals, corporations, and partnerships for both income and employment taxes. She has taught Small Business workshops for external customers as well as presentations and webinars on employment taxes for customers and internal staff.
Raelane is a graduate of Indiana State University with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. She works out of the Terre Haute, Indiana office.
Mario Fazio, Esq., Chair of the Taxation practice area at Meyers, Roman, Friedberg & Lewis, is a Certified Specialist in Federal Taxation law by the Ohio State Bar Association with an extensive background in corporate, partnership and real estate taxation. Mr. Fazio represents a wide variety of corporate clients, including start‐up and existing businesses, entity formations, sales and purchases of businesses, mergers, business succession planning, and financing matters. He is a former IRS Chief Counsel Attorney and has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer for 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
WILLIAM F. BECKER JR., CPA, MBA, is a tax partner in the Tampa office of Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P. (www.cbh.com). A graduate of the University of South Florida, his primary practice areas include tax consulting, real estate taxation and pass-through entities. Mr. Becker has served in tax positions in both public accounting and corporate tax departments. He is a frequent continuing education instructor and has authored numerous articles on tax issues for national and regional publications.
