With your Knowledge Group account, everything you need can be found on the “My Webcast” Section of your account, as shown below.
Live Webcast – You can add this event to your Outlook calendar, download materials and find the post webcast survey for continuing education credits on the event page, and through the “My Webcast” section of your profile and on the event page itself. When it comes to your event, we’ll send you a reminder email the day before and the morning of the event with everything you need to get connected. All you need to do is press the “Launch Webcast” button on the home page, or on the event itself to get connected.
Recorded Event – In a moment you’ll be sent the link to the recording via email (be sure to check your spam folder, too). If you’re applying for continuing education credit, you’ll need to complete the post conference survey found through the “My Webcast” section of your profile, or on the event page itself. You may also download the webcast materials here should you wish.
