Megan Browdie is a partner in Cooley’s Antitrust & Competition practice group. She advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, joint conduct, pricing, and distribution, with extensive experience in matters before federal and state antitrust enforcers, as well as in federal court. Megan has worked with clients in a number of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, IoT, 3-D printing, software, computer hardware, e-commerce, and telecommunications.
Megan is active in the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law, where she serves as an Editor for the Section’s preeminent publication, Antitrust Law Developments. Megan is recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in antitrust, by Best Lawyers as “One to Watch” in antitrust and Who’s Who Legal as a “Future Leader” in competition law.
