Brooke Ehrlich is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, P.L.
Her primary areas of practice include employment litigation, labor law, commercial litigation, and appellate law. In the labor and employment field, Ms. Ehrlich handles discrimination charges and lawsuits brought against public and private entities pursuant to state and federal anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws, including Title VII, the FLSA, the ADEA, the Florida Civil Rights Act, and the Florida Whistle-blower’s Act. She advises local governments and corporate clients with respect to employee discipline, retention and termination, employment manuals and policies, and contract interpretation.
Prior to joining Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, P.L., Ms. Ehrlich practiced for seven years as a civil litigator at a mid-sized law firm, where she focused on employment law, in addition to products liability, casualty, and commercial law.
