CE Requirements: Enrolled Agents, Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent and other tax return preparers must complete seventy-two (72) hours of continuing education, including six (6) hours of ethics and professional conduct, every three years. A minimum of sixteen (16) hours must be earned per year, including two (2) hours of ethics.
