Continuing Education Credits
a. How do I join a Webcast?
When you’re ready to join your live event, go to the event page on The Knowledge Group site. You should see a green “Registration Options” button. Once clicked, choose your preferred registration option and click the check-out button. Enter the information needed and proceed to check-out.
You may also want to register manually by downloading our registration form. Kindly fill out the form and send us back the details thru email. A mail will be promptly sent thru your email confirming your registration.
b. I Clicked The Link In The Email and I Couldn’t Log In…
After registering for an event you’ll receive an email with a link to the webcast. Once you’ve clicked the link in the email, you will see a button briefly indicating that there are some connection tests running, once these are complete, the text will change to “Enter Webinar”. you can then click this button to join your event, there is no need to press the “log In” button.
c. How Can I Maximize The Webcast Portal/See The Chat Window?
To maximize the webcast portal and see the chat window, you will need to press the “Launch Full Experience Button”:
Note: You may need to close the original window/tab to prevent any duplication of the audio.
d. The Webcast Portal Isn’t Working
In order to watch the webcast, you may need to download a plug-in depending on your web browser.
Internet Explorer – Download and install a plug-in using this link.
For Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari, no plug-in is required. Please refresh your browser window.

e. I Haven’t Received the Details to Join a Live Event
We send you all of the details you need to connect to the event both the day before and the morning of your webcast. Sometimes the emails can be sent to your junkmail folder. If you haven’t received it please check there and give us a call. Alternatively you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of the team can assist you.
f. I missed the live event. Can I get a copy of the recording?
If you are registered for an event but have a scheduling conflict, please make us aware ahead of time and we can make arrangements to try and get you the recording as soon as it’s available. These are typically made available 24 hours after the webcast goes live.
a. Where Can I Find More Information on CLE and CPE?

b. How do I get my certificate of attendance?
During your webcast, our moderator will read some “secret words” that you will need to keep note of and enter them into a survey we send via email after the webcast. This survey is mandatory if you are collecting the education credit as it is required by state boards and bar organizations.
The survey is designed to be completed in less than 3 minutes. Upon completion, you will receive your certificate via email within 24-48 hours.
For on-demand webcasts, navigate through the webcast page of the event and click the green “Survey Link” button. The link will be directed to the survey. Once completed, your certificate will be sent via email within 24-48 hours, thereafter.
c. Does the Knowledge Group report the credits I earned?
The Knowledge Group is an accredited provider in most states. If you have any questions you can call, text or live chat with us and we can have a Continuing Education Coordinator give you the information you need. If your webcast isn’t approved in the desired state, we can submit the course for approval for you. Just give us a call.
a. When Should I Connect To My Event?
We suggest connecting approximately 15 minutes prior to your event going live, using the details provided. We’ll check your connection and audio levels once you’re connected as well as answer any last minute questions you may have.
We also advise to reduce the speaker volume of your phone, if your phone is near your computer. This is to prevent feedback getting through the telephone.
b. Do I Need Any Specific Equipment?
All you need is a phone and your computer. We suggest a landline telephone if possible. You may also want to have a printed copy of the slides should your internet connection drop out.
c. How Can I Tell The Moderator How My Name/Firm’s Name is Pronounced?
We have a service where you can leave a recording of your name, or your firms name. All of the details will be sent via email.

a. There are Audio/Visual Problems with my Event
If you are experiencing audio/visual problems during a live event, we recommend first refreshing your browser window.
In the event of an audio issue persisting, you can refer to your confirmation email for the dial-in number to join the webcast via phone (be sure to check your junk email too!).
If you are encountering persistent visual issues after refreshing, you can attempt to view the online portion of the webcast in another browser and/or using the BigMarker mobile app.
b. I Can’t Remember My Password
You can reset your password it by moving your cursor over your name in the upper right-hand side of the screen and selecting My Account.
You will then see a box where you can enter your new password, and you will need to confirm that new password in the box below.
c. My Webcast Has Not Appeared Under “My Webcasts”
It may take a couple of seconds for your webcast to appear under “My Webcasts” on your profile. After a few seconds without any appearance, please clear your browser cookies or try a different web browser.

a. Are CLE Processing Fees Included?
The CLE Processing fees differ from state-to-state. The individual CLE/CPE Certificate of Attendance with approved credits for all other states cost $65. While the states of VA, TX, and SC will cost $85 and WA at $150.

b. I Need The W9 or the Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Kindly email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and include “W9 Request” in the subject line. You will be sent the W9 in a couple of working hours.
a. Does the monthly or annual subscription include CLE processing?
The monthly and annual all access pass subscription only covers the access to all webcasts – live and on-demand. There is a minimal cost for Continuing Education credit and certificate of attendance processing for each event.
b. Is the annual pass good for one calendar year only?
Your annual pass will cover 12 months from the point of purchase, not just the calendar year.
c. Can I register and access live and on-demand webcasts after my subscription?
You can only access live and on-demand webcasts, as many times as you want, within your subscription period. You need to renew subscription to continue access. A pop-up notification will appear on your device’s screen once you attempt to access webcasts beyond your subscription period.
d. Does the annual pass include CPE credit?
The annual pass covers registration for all of our events for the duration of the pass. You only need to pay for the credits you need.
