INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note: In South Carolina, you must complete a total of 14 credit hours annually. At least 2 credit hours must be in Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility and 1 credit hour must be in in Substance Abuse, Mental Health issues or Stress Management and the Legal Profession once in every 2 reporting years.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the South Carolina Supreme Court has issued an order stating that all attorneys may complete their credit requirement (14 hours) via online or telephonic programs for the 2019/2020 reporting period (ending April 15, 2020). This bundle allows you to complete 14 credits. We included extra material to give you more topic choices.  Please take the courses you wish.
